All the items you purchase on this site are exempt of tariffs in both the United States and Canada. You would have to purchase over $800 worth of perfumes, in one shot, in order to be affected.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Tuoksu is deeply committed to making all our creations vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free.
What does it mean when a perfume is marked as reformulated?
Our perfumers are constantly striving to make our fragrances better. Sometimes the perfumes are reformulated to conform with IFRA standards or to help increase their longevity. It's part of our promise to push the boundaries of affordable perfumery.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Each of our perfume bottles and all of our packaging are completely recyclable.
How are your products packaged?
We avoid using any extra packaging or wasteful plastic wrap. It's what our customers have demanded and we have listened.

Do you provide samples of your perfumes?
In order to keep costs down and avoid waste, we don't provide samples for our perfumes. Our 30 ml bottles are the perfect way to be introduced to Tuoksu.
